A talented creative visualiser is required to work on an exciting and very challenging new project.
The project is still at concept/prototype stage so there is plenty of opportunity to be involved at the formative stages as well as servicing the art and game design teams during pre-production and production.
The role includes interpreting and re-communicating high level art direction; visualising design concepts and scenarios; environmental, architectural and character work; creating schematics and plans for other artists; creating publicity work etc. There is a real opportunity for this to grow into a senior position for candidates who demonstrate leadership/mentoring abilities and the ability to inspire other artists.

If you have strong client side graphics programming abilities, an understanding of next-gen engine functionality and experience managing groups of programmers we would like to hear from you. RESPONSIBILTIES:
Develop and maintain an original MMORPG
Provide creative solutions to technical problems
Manage and direct a team of programmers remotely
Develop precise technical design and specification documents
Integrate well with creative director, producer, designer, art department, and QA teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Passion for developing and playing computer games
MMO game development knowledge
Must possess strong client side graphics programming abilities
Deep understanding of next-gen engine functionality, particularly lighting and shader techniques and effects.
Experience with managing groups of programmers
